Dongyang Foreign Language School was founded in 2000, located in Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province. It covers an area of 102 mu. The school environment is harmonious. The teaching zone, living zone and sports zone are rationally arranged. The facilities are complete with rich cultural background. We are a boarding school with 30-40 students in each class. There are 36 classes: 24 in Junior Department and 12 in Senior Department.

Dongyang is 2.5 hoursĄŻ drive from Hangzhou. It is not only famous for wood carvings, but also for its largest studio in Asia, where many world-famous films were produced.

We are now looking for 2 foreign teachers to teach English.

All candidates should

1. Be native English speakers of 22-50 years old.

2. Must be above university, and with a recognized TEFL/TESOL certificate.

3. At least 1 year practical experience teaching English to non-native speakers.

4.Give English lessons, mainly spoken English.

5.Give all students oral English test at the end of the school year.

6.Teach about 16 hours per week and a few office hours if necessary.

7. Stay for at least one school year (September, 2008-June 2009).

1. Basic salary to be paid: 7000 RMB.

2.  Travel allowance: 2200 RMB per year(one-year contract).

3.  Free private apartment/flat with necessary facilities.

4. A meal card of 2000 RMB a year of the school canteen.

5. Pickup from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.

6. Three weeks half-paid winter vacation per year.

7. Airfare allowance of 5,000RMB upon completion of contract.
